I dance about 5 hours a week and did add yoga to that last year, I also walk for 45mins at least 3 times a week, I've been slack this year and haven't keep going with yoga. I keep telling myself I must add something else to my regime, but it doesn't seem to be working. I also don't do gym work - I hate the gym, a total waste of money for me, as I give up after a few weeks

Thanks for the tips Mosaic. Yeah, I thought so too, BD wouldn't be enough, but I really hate the gym and I wish BD was enough so I don't feel like I'm forced to exercise!

@Shanazel, that was hilarious and yep, just the about the way I feel about gyms their machines and the sadists that work there, but honestly being shown the machines conjures images of the Spanish inquisition. I hate gyms, always have, but apparently we need to keep in shape, so unfortunately, it is an option we have to consider.

Now my exercise regime is not particularly fab at the moment, an hour dancing a week and that is about it, although I do salutation to the sun exercises when I get up each morning, I have a reasonable level of fitness compared to many of my friends and that I believe is because I tend to walk a lot and this place Devon, nothing is on flat land.

I would like to get into swimming as a more complete exercise and that because it works on all the body and the water pressure tones. Mountain biking I do sometimes, but as soon as it becomes an exercise, i.e. a chore I will lose interest, so mountain biking is one of those things I will not do often, and that is mountain biking on an old non suspension bike from the early nineties, what is called in the scene, a retro bike, an American GT Timberline from 1994 after my lovely '93 Saracen got stolen and that one replacing a '92 Saracen that was also lost, no one will pinch the GT.

Dance is like glitter, it not only colours your life, it makes you sparkle, you find it everywhere and in everything and it's near impossible to get rid of. (unknown)
