How is everybody doing?
I have come down 1 dress size in the last week.
* my neck is long and slender
* my arms are long and shapely
* My belly is heading towards flat,the top is flat,just a little goosh at the bottom to rid.
* I am much more flexible,still have a way to go,but with every session I am another step up the ladder.
* My hips are small and have much more shape.
For my fitrness,I am conditioning as much as I can throughout the day and night.
With my dancing,I am starting again as if I am a beginner,which is alott of fun.
