Thread: My fitness project

    Smile My fitness project

    hi

    How is everybody doing?
    I have come down 1 dress size in the last week.

    * my neck is long and slender
    * my arms are long and shapely
    * My belly is heading towards flat,the top is flat,just a little goosh at the bottom to rid.
    * I am much more flexible,still have a way to go,but with every session I am another step up the ladder.
    * My hips are small and have much more shape.

    For my fitrness,I am conditioning as much as I can throughout the day and night.
    With my dancing,I am starting again as if I am a beginner,which is alott of fun.

    what are your fitness goals?
    what are you doing to contribute towards them today?

    Hiya Stephanie.

    Good luck with your new routine,I look forward to hearing how it went.
    My goals today:

    * full session conditioning
    * full session basic drillz
    * add more to my choreography
    * follow my healthy eating principles

    Shanazel that is fantastic progress,what worked for you?
    are you going to go to the next level?

    whatever you choose it to be,you might want to get even stronger,even more flexible,you may want to take it that little further...its up to you

    Great. Now I feel like my weight loss is a chore and I'm being monitored and assessed by strangers and being found lacking. I was just having fun with this & going with what my body told me was right. I guess my approach was wrong, what with my 10kg weight loss to date.

    I do believe the query about "taking it to the next level," and all of the quotes were meant to be encouraging, but the whole tone does seem like what everyone here has done is still not good enough, and kinda sound like they belong in a weight-loss ad. Not meaning to be snarky, but people have the right to be proud and happy in whatever accomplishments they've already achieved, and where they go from there is up to them. Just saying. :wink:

    have a great session today everyone
    I am totally excited about my body getting more and more sculpted everyday,how its going to look and feel,knowing that with every session,I will feel better and better,stronger and stronger.its really surprising how much a daily session makes.
