    Huh? I have never seen such a thing, do you have a picture.

    About the peacock feather costumes, aren't they extremely fragile? I'd be scared to wear one, it might molt (spelling?) on the spot

    I don't know where I saw the picture, but I will look and see if I can find it again. It may have even been a costume I saw in real life, but I'm not sure- it was some time ago and my memory is terrible. You know what soft sculpture looks like? Realistic people made of stuffed nylon, with their features exquisitely stitched? Well, this was a hip band made of soft sculpture human arms that wrapped around the dancer's hips, complete with rings and bracelets. (I am tempted to say the bra was composed of human hands, one holding each boob, but in all honesty, I don't recall anything but the hip band. ) It was really quite creepy- gave me the cauld grue to look at it.

    I saw something like that years ago in a stripper documentary. It looked awkward and tacky.
