    Only minimum 15 min today Wonder why my abs just go into cramp today when I try to do anything? Oh well, better tomorrow!

    I am. I just ordered the Project Belly Dance Final 6 DVD and as soon as it arrives, I plan on working with it 5 days per week for at least one session per day. I think each part is 25 min long.
