No - sequins - well, not exactly sequins, shiny little circles - perhaps those are sequins nowadays - this is my first time wearing anything sparkely since I was a girl

Thank you! We got it at a local boutique where I got my hipscarf and zills. It's a great little world culture shoppe close to my apartment. It was only $60 usd!
