How's the weather?

Unbearable sun! Send some our way.
I have a veg patch in my garden, with not just onions, but beans, courgettes, swedes, carrots, parsnips in too. I ate one of the onions for lunch. It was good!

you mean the type that feels as though its stinging your skin, drying your lips, and makes you want to squint your eyes and run for cover?

That reminded me of when my mum went to Germany for the last world cup. Her company sent a whole contingent of Trinidadians - more than 100. When they got to Germany the weather was terrible, it was cold and rainy. But by the evening of their arrival it was great weather and it was warm and sunny for the whole time they were there.
The day after they came back home their hotel correspondent in Germany sent an email saying that the whole staff was saying that the Trinidadians brought the sun with them and took it when they were leaving - the weather was terrible again!
Maybe you need a Trinidadian to come visit and bring along the sun!

I had 6 inches of snow Sep first. It's supposed to be down to 41 tomorrow night.
We haven't had snow yet in my part of Wyoming, but it is cool and rainy here today. My son is planning an elk trip up near Yellowstone week after next and is hoping for snow then. He and a friend are backpacking into bear country with a small arsenal for elk and protection. Sigh. I don't know why he couldn't have taken up chess or tennis.

Send them on over! Seriously we need them. I have a friend from Barbados and she first came to the UK in the winter. She said that she just found everyone so grumpy. But when it came to summer and the sun came out, everyone was suddenly happy and friendly. So send them over, and maybe everyone will stop being so grumpy and pessimistic. In fact that might just cure all the economic nonsense. In fact I think it was the rain that caused that!

I love spring! I'm getting married in spring cos I love it so much. Are there lambs yet??
Mind you, I do like Autumn too cos to me it's about new beginnings cos of the new school year. Even now, I always want to a new pencil case and pens!
