I respect Pole Dance as an Art that requires lots of body strength, coordination, & confidence! I am more drawn to Aerial Silks & Acrobatics myself, but I'd try Pole for exercise & fun! Anything can be tasteful or unbecoming depending on how it's done.

Hi! I confess, my opinion of pole dancing was not the best, until I read some of what you describe concerning it, and then I found some vids on the web by ladies, like yourself, that seek to legitimize something that has been ... abused (?)... by some that call themselves dancers, but only know how to take their clothes off. Thanks to you, this non-dancer is becoming a fan of pole dancing as well as belly dancing.
