    That's wonderful, keep up the good work. Your body will thank you each and everyday, and we will have you with us much longer. I was going to say "around" but thought it was not a good word to use

    Wow! My bathroom scale tells me that I'm below 200#, at 198#. Making some progress on my trek from 205# to a goal of 190#. How's everybody else in our 15# club doing? Shanazel, hon, you remain an inspiration to us all.

    I have been steadily losing 500g/week since my birthday. Another 500g and I'll have lost 10kgs.

    All I've done is decrease the amount of food I've been eating from around 2500 calories/day to around 2000 calories/day more or less depending on the amount of activity I've been doing.

    My normal eating habits tend towards healthy anyway, so I haven't changed them. I do make sure to eat some form of treat each day because I'm not trying to punish myself, I'm trying to treat myself well.

    Note: since reducing my intake I have noticed that I have become increasingly addicted to milo of all things! I'm not normally a chocolate fan, but there you go!

    Congratulations to all who are moving down or up that scale as planned. At 146, I am officially 2 pounds under my original goal- that's a total of 94 pounds gone. I bought a pair of Wranglers yesterday (full price- OUCH!) in a size 9/10. And get this: the size 7/8 zipped up and fit except for a slight muffin waist.

    (Imagine me leaping around the Boot Barn dressing room doing silent whoops of joy. )

    I'm gobbling Welch's Fruit Sancks by the packet atm. >.>;;;

    However, I've dripped two pounds since the daughter and I started back on Insanity! I'd gained up to 110 when we pooped out the first time, but we're back on track (and before anyone who doesn't know me screams at me, I'm 4 feet nine inches tall, and when I'm one-hundred pounds, I look preggers ). We've also added the Brazilian Butt Torture to our routine, because at my age, EVERYTHING starts traveling south. -_-;;

    Congrats to all who are reaching their goals!

    I love the idea of dripping pounds as opposed to dropping them. Heaven knows it has been hot enough the last week to drip pounds all over the sidewalks.

    Thanks for a good giggle, Farasha!

    WHOOPS! I did mean dropping pounds! For some reason, lately when I try to hit the O on my phone touch screen, it types I instead. Crazy little iPhone!

    Oh and yeah, it's been dripping weather over here, too! We were miserable in class for two weeks because the AC unit is out. Ugh! They've installed a window unit in our class, because it's going to cost the building owners over $80,000 to get the central heat and air fixed!

    It's great to read how everybody is doing on their respective weight campaigns, complete with things about which to giggle (in my case chuckle). You ladies are the greatest!

    finally figured I pop in here.

    This month I signed up for a whole ton of zumba and bootcamp classes. I have an hour long class every day of the week except for sundays. I also purchased a meal plan specific to my needs and food requirements with all the work i am doing.

    Since the beginning of the month I have lost 6lbs so far and am now into size medium pants. I have never ever owned size medium pants as an adult or even as a teenager.
