Choreography?

Hello all! Long time, no talk!

Well, I'm sorry if this has been asked about a million times and I'm just to lazy to look up the answers, if any.
In December, I'll be having my first performance. I've got my song chosen but I'm having the hardest time actually getting started putting the moves together and keeping them solid.

Any tips/suggestions?

Video yourself freedancing to it a few times. Look at what moves you naturally fall into with different parts of the music and use that as a basis.

Also, follow the advice other dancers give you. I'm still having issues with the writing of choreography myself, but that's what's working for me so far.
