Not really new, I've been a lurker on this site for a bit... :lol:
In any event, I'm from Maryland, lived a bit all over, am ''the new member'' of an egpyptian cabert troop.
I am looking to maybe go to cario or... anywhere, really, to study the danse for the summer... anyone ever done it/have an experiance like it?? Other than belly dance's incredible beauty and the freedom one feels whilst dansing, I'm very attracted to it from the cultural aspect... middle eastern culture, language, customs, traditions... everything, really, intreagues me and I'd love to understand it more!
