I'm interested to know whether anyone on here has come on any useful internet resources, clips etc. that show how to isolate the muscles for belly rolls (as tight in technique as Rachel Brice!).

I came across this beautiful video on youtube - no dialogue but wonderful to learn where she isolates individual parts of her core!

Here's what I wrote on Bhuz:

Start by taking out gravity. Lie on your back. Push out the whole belly; pull it in. Easy. Now, do the same for just the half from belly button to ribs. Push against your hand. If need be, use your hand to initiate the movement.

Do the same for the lower half
