full choreography I practice in the lounge room or in the back yard, but just about everywhere I go I manage to sneak something in. I'll isolate stomach muscles when lying in bed, undulate up the passage way, practice wrist circles while on the phone, work on my hands & arms while chatting with my OH (to his credit he doesn't even look at me strangely any more ), shoulder shimmies and stomach rolls in the car (at the lights only - I'm not as brave as Rico )..
