Teaching First Workshop

I need some advice. I have been asked to teach a beginning fundamentals workshop locally and it is my very first workshop teaching event. I was wondering what your advice on the best items to teach would be. It is a 2 hour event and I would like to an hour of fundamentals then there is a break and then another hour for either combinations or a short choreography. I want this to be as informative as possibly, but at the same time, not too overwhelming. Any advice/knowledge will be much appreciated.

Teach the moves that you are using the in choreography, then a 10-15 min coffee break, then the choreo, another 10-15 min coffee break, then practice the routine & faff about a bit til the end.

Remember to do a much bigger warmup & stretch down than normal, they'll need it.

Keep the choreo simple, lots of repetition & fairly short if you can.
