Front thigh or back thigh flexibility? Front can be done while standing and holding foot (bend the knee) and stand like that for a while each day. Doing them myself as well. Back by sitting with legs stretched in front of you and carefully trying to teach toes with fingers. Don't over stretch! Or standing and trying to touch floor.
