    Default I'm New Too!!

    Hi all Im Mari from SC and have only been belly dancing (more like attempting) for like 2-3 months and find that i have very hard time doing hip singles and chest lifts, circles, etc, at the same time. Any tips, tricks, pointers, advice anyone can give me? anything at all will be greatly appreciated

    to the forum. Advice, well it takes time to get the movements into muscle memory, it is just practice, practice and more practice, and enjoy the journey. Do check out via search any questions you may have, as you may find threads that have answers, and if not don't hesitate to ask questions, just find the best sub forum for your question and post away.
