    Default Session No. 2 Update

    Hi Ladies,

    Sorry, I have been MIA for a while I was a bit busy and than I was down with a cold for a week. Thursday, I had my second BD session and it went well and my institutor is happy with how I'm picking up on the moves. My first session we concentrated on the fundamentals and on Thursday we started to combine some of the shimmies and hip movements to dance. My right calf muscle was sore and is still sore and we had to take it easy. We also did some belly rolls she said I did good with that but I have no idea I was a bit disappointed I could not do more but my calf muscle was really starting to act up

    So far its GREAT and I love the movements but I LOVE putting on my skirt and dressing up and pretending to be someone else.

    That's one of the things I love most about my weekly dance class too!
