It can be worth to got to a cornea specialist I have an appoitment next week to scan my cornea, to actuallt get a perfect 'map' made of the cornea so they can assess the damage.

Does anyone recommend Suhaila's Fitness Fusion Yoga? I just got it and haven't yet looked at it all, just wondering if it is any good for flexibility.

ETA: how funny is that glute exercise! Glutes and a camel combined, doesn't look easy, but too funny!

Of the four of her fitness fusion dvds, yoga is probably the gentlest. You still need a high to very high level of fitness for any of these dvds, but yoga is the one to go for if you want to assess the series.

Yes it didn't look too extreme, I heard her other stuff is indeed very hard to do. I rather focus on flexibility now for myself and my student.

Unless you're cherrypicking exercises for her to do, she may find it quite difficult.

I am picky about exercises! I got to imagine myself to be inflexible to see what would be good for students. I might go far in that way, but it is a good challenge
