Hi! I'm new to this forum... I've been taking bellydance classes and workshops, and working with videos off and on for about ten years, and in various cities. I never actually graduated to performing (I'm a bit too nervous, plus my work takes up most of my life), but the love is still there.

So right now I'm pregnant (27 weeks), and weirdly, I'm moving around more -- albeit gently -- than I did before, partly because my body just needs it. I'm working with a few prenatal bellydance videos, as well as prenatal yoga, pilates, etc. (I also amuse myself by putting reviews of them on my blog, atisheh: dance and fitness views and reviews -- shameless plug.)

I'd love to hear advice and experiences about bellydancing while pregnant, especially for the not-super-fit among us. And if anyone knows of prenatal bellydance or other dance classes in Dallas, Texas, let me know here or by PM!
