Hello from Louisiana!

Hello everyone! My name is Megan and I'm a belly dancing student located in south Louisiana. I've taken several different classes before in Lafayette at Desert Dance, and now I'm in beginner tribal classes in Hammond. I've seen this site before and I decided to join today (it's my birthday and I spent lots of time downloading new music to dance to into my iTunes!!)

I'm an artsy and craftsy type girl, but lately I have been learning cooking, baking, and real exercise like running and sit-ups and such. I am studying Russian with a friend, just for fun and because it's a beautiful language.

I've never joined a forum before so please have patience if I make a mistake! Thanks.

Hi, Megan! I live in Lafayette! I took a class at Desert Dance several years ago, and am currently with Oasis. We've got such a great dance scene here. Mind me asking who you're taking tribal classes with?
