    Yes. IMHO this is where the traditional British two fingered salute has it over the admittedly cooler one fingered version - delivered with a jaunty upwards gesture it's refreshingly unsubtle.

    The Dutch do exactly the same, seems even ruder than the Middle Eastern version to me!
