The Warm-ups -are we doing it wrong? thread got me thinking... What is your favorite dvd warm-up (apart from the actual workout)?

My favorite warmup is on the DVD "Foundations of bellydance - East Coast Tribal" with Sera Solstice. There's a similar one on her DVD "Solar bellydance". With 12 minutes, the warmup is not too long and not too short, it gets the heart pumping and has some balance and strengthening exercises as well as light stretching thrown in. And it's energetic and fun - afterward, I feel ready to take on anything
