Default Erector Spinae Muscles in Belly Dance

    Hi Ladies,

I've been putting my Exercise Science degree to work on bellydance stuff this past year and it's been fun! Recently, I did a blog post and companion video on the Erector Spinae muscles and how we use them in our dance. Check it out if you like to geek out on dance anatomy.

The video link is in a comment below the blog post.

    Hope you like it!

Thanks Mahin, I keep telling myself i should go to pilates classes, I need to get more flexibility back into my body overall - especially during the colder months, everything goes into seize up overdrive - the joys of your autumn years! By the way, the cat cow post link isn't available though, but there are lots of youtube videos if anyone wants to see it.

Dance is like glitter, it not only colours your life, it makes you sparkle, you find it everywhere and in everything and it's near impossible to get rid of. (unknown)
