I'm sorry to hear that Farasha
I hope it won't take too long to be able to go again to class.
If I couldn't go to class for a few months I would pick a choreo (or get one made for me) that I really want to learn and spend the time working on it, perhaps with some skype lessons to see if i'm on track.
You could perform it for US on skype when it was ready, if you felt it would help with motivation to follow through
