I cannot help you with the name, but have you tried asking the dancer herself, such as on youtube if you've got a youtube account yourself?

Yes, I asked her and she said she will send it to me and I'm still waiting (about a month) )

But it's ok, I found out that the name is "Baladi Nahuand" if somebody else is interested
