Great review, very thorough. I think I need something like that right now, I hardly have time to bless myself & I'm feeling quite stiff from lack of practice.

A few months and a move later, I'm pretty stiff too. This is why I love beginner instructionals -- my life always brings me down to beginner level again anyway.
