Not a good time for me to travel. Just pack up a few bajillion square yards of snow and mail it to Wyoming, why doncha?

From what I've seen, it looks like the snow flew over Wyoming and landed in the Midwest! My cousin used to live in Wyoming but he was retired young, and he loved all the snow he used to get.

Yeah, we're supposed to get some the end of this week but I'm not holding my breath. Where did your cousin live in Wyoming?

Well we are getting socked bad. We had another snowstorm over the weekend, at least a foot of it, and it was very heavy. This weekend we are getting socked with arctic weather. At least I'm not in New York where they are getting possibly two feet of snow.
You need to move back to Florida! I'm bitching because its 65!

Well, of course you're a weather whiner. But we love you anyway.

Had an icy, windy, sleety, snowy storm earlier this afternoon, the kind that leaves a solid coat of white yuck on the windshield which you then have to scrape off while standing in the icy, windy, sleety, snowy storm and getting coated with white yuck yourself.

Its supposed to get down to freezing tonite - which it does once or twice every jan/feb. It was about 50 today, and will be about the same or slightly colder tomorrow - and I get to go out in a Belly Dance costume to record a virtual hafla performance!

I don't know how anybody can deal with that "white stuff" every year...

I must be in condition now as we got another dump of five inches of snow (the wet and heavy kind), and after shoveling five times last night, the only parts that hurt me today are my thumbs! Probably from gripping the shovel so hard and tossing that stuff over the already existing mountains of snow, as there is no place anymore to put that stuff.

Then, in between shoveling bouts, I went inside to practice for a video performance coming up soon. I must've been nuts but life goes on, and there is more to it than working, cleaning house, and other errands. I am so looking forward to going to a big party!

Weather is pretty temperate today at 32 degrees and 20 mph wind, but we're looking at sub-zero teens next week. Might be time to get out the real coat.

Went for a lovely Bosque walk with eight year old niece yesterday. Fun to see a heron and a porcupine on highest Cottonwood limbs. Courting mallards (no social distancing). And trying to figure out which animals left paw prints in the sand. T-shirt weather.
