Welcome in Cairo, welcome in ISOC, the International Saray of Oriental Culture, a private dance and research Institute, founded by Prof Dr Hassan Khalil, Professor (emerit) at the Academy of Art, High Institute for Theatre, Drama and Folklore in Cairo, Founder and Director of Egyptian National Folkloric Dance Troupe, the famous Kauomeya Troupe and Director of the Musical Theatre at the Balloon Theatre in Cairo.
All the year ISOC will surround you with Egyptian dance culture, classes, workshops and seminars. This will be unique opportunities for dancers and teachers of Egyptian Dance, to learn and study with and from one of the living legends, encyclopedias and pioneers of Middle Eastern Dance in Egypt.
