    That was quick. Well done!

Speaking of which, yesterday I weighed 122.3 pounds, and today I weighed 117.0 pounds, even though I weighed mysen at the same time. It's those electronic scales n all.

    Default hey

hi sara, well to be honest, for the last 2 mnths or so i have excercised and danced almost each day,i was stuck at 36inch waist much longer than i liked,so to find new meaurements today was huge eureka moment for me!!!

i see what u mean about scales,i dont use them, muscle can weigh more than fat,so a person could be toning up but yet putting on weight...

did u eat any breaky yet?

    Default callan day again!

I did supercallanetics this morning,it was funny how even though my body ached,I still felt quite strong.
I am eating healthily, not skipping any meals, though I must admit,I seem to be always hungry!!!
got some great food being delivered today-yummsky!!!
still working on bellyrolling,i am realyu enjoying it,I was isolating the muscles whilst laying bed, every oppurtunity I am contracting those muscles, even tried it whilst stood at the wall, and was very happy with how my belly moved,I know its only a metter of patience and time...that good ole recipe!!!

Good question! I'm not a nutritionist, but I would advise that your muscles need alot of energy to sustain the work. Basic unit of energy is the kilocalorie and the best sources come from complex carbohydrates that metablize into glucose. Glucose is easily used by "starving" muscles and not sored as fat(adipose) tissue. Other sources of energy is protein.
Since you are a vegetarian, consult a nutritionist who specialize in exercise physiology to help you plan meals. Oh and DON"T skip breakfast!

Oh I've been peeking in since the beginning!

    Hi Miss Shimmy!

I’m vegetarian, too! I can list a few books about vegan nutrition, if you’re interested.

    Keep up the great progress!
