HAPPY BIRTH-day to you the momma! Miss Shimmy.... congratulations on bringing such a fine bundle of light and joy successfully into this world!!!!
hope you & your son have a fabulous day!...
my daughter's party was a blast! (thanks for asking!)
I have to say... much more relaxing (for us as adults) than little kid parties!!
(although we had a FUN water fight party (squirt guns/super soakers etc.) for my littlest guys birthday last year!)
    PEACE!

hi girls, how is your weekend so far?
we had a great day out with jayke for his birthday.and the fun continues through the weekend.
he got a mini trampoline-we are setting that up today
thankyou so much for the birthday wishes,i am hugging all of you,you are such dancing beauties

any luck with your cards Venefica?
sounds like you are going to have lots of fun trying out new excercises.
i do qi gong once a week, realy enjoy it.

hows everyone doing with their dance?I had yesterday off as we walked so much, was so tired when we got back, that flu leaves you tired a little while i hear.

stacy ,you are doing grandly, well done to you.
well you know, you make a decision then you take action,go into college,or call them up and ask for a programme, theres a huge choice of courses now and many you can fit around your daily life, you must follow your heart.

babylonia,i am 2 weeks into the course,so i have around 5 and a half months, then at the end i am to submit a video that has been tried and tested,i wondered if anyone here would try it out and write up a review for me?pretty please with cherries on thee top!!
it will be recorded on to a cd to play on your computer media player

your daughters party sounded like fun bellydancer, how old is she?

ha ha moon,i am eating so bad with jaykes birthday but alas, today i got a book that has worked very well for a friend of mine, its called|:

''food combining for vegetarians''by jackie le tissier.its recommended also by rose elliot-the queen of veggie cooking so i am reading up on that and making a start on monday,I have by the way tried food combining before and it works a treat for me.

    heres some links on it:

I am now started. I ahve discarded dowloading and shrinking pictures for my cards and will rather draw a sick figure and a description of the movement, everytime I train and come over a move I have dificulty whit or realy like I will do this, adding to the stack of cards.

My Weekend is ok, a bit slow but otherwise fine. I hope you are doing well and that you and all the rest of you pepole on the forum to whill have a wonderful weekend.

Miss Shimmy: Arabella has a mini-trampoline and it's great. When certain songs would come on her dvds she'd bounce and bounce. Sometmes I would play the songs over and over to wear her out a little. I'll help you anyway I can. I'm proud that you're so focused.

    Hope everyone's weekend is stellar!
