    hiya girls,how you doing today?
    well i stuffed myself with party food yesterday,and today i am back on track-phew!!!

    thats awesome bellydancer that you and your daughter dance together,how very beautiful,she may solo in time
    i know how you must miss them being small,its such a cute time,i will miss mine being small too when they grow.

    for the vid i send,basically yes,i send you the vid and you give it a whirl and review it,thankyou so much for offering your help,i am jotting down ideas already,i am so exited about it!!

    thankyou both for commenting jayke's cuteness,he certainly is,bless his soul.


    so what dance/fitness goals do we have for the week ahead?
    I am desperate to do an hour of callanetics today,i had 2 days off,my body needed it as i worked pretty hard last week.
    i enjoyed the breakfast of this hay way food combining.the boys were realy into it too.

    I would aso be willing to try the video out though I don't know how good I would be at writing a review.

    That picture is so cute! I never had a trampoline but my cousin's neighbor had a large one and whenever we'd go over to my cousin's sometimes we'd get to go over there and jump...it was so much fun! Kind of sad though that neighbor was recently killed in an auto accident.

    I've been in school for several years just taking it as I please but still manage to get stressed just taking one class. Just trying to see where life takes me but at the rate I'm going I will be the age to retire before I decide.

    Grr...I had a new recipe I wanted to try and forgot to check the ingeredients I needed to buy and didnt know what to get when I went to the grocery store yesterday...

    BD class was good yesterday.

    There are two online newspapers in Norway I know of that do this, have some cotests, and they are spart, the prices are of a rather love value so many stand a chance to win, make it more interesting then when there is one huge prize that only one person will win.

    Miss Shimmy, you're putting together a fitness video? That's awesome! You've come so far in your journey!

    Venefica, there's nothing wrong with succumbing to chocolate occasionally. Sometimes you need it. But that'll be an extra 10 minutes of shimmying to work it off!


    Me, as well as dancing, I've been snorkelling lately. Such great exercise, you don't realise how hard you work until you're staggering back up the sand. I've bought a wetsuit so I can go in cooler weather as well (and NOT burn like I did this weekend) - for someone who never swam if she could help it, I'm turning into a water baby! Try shimmying with your whole body immersed: it's tough!!

    10 minutes of shimmying? Oh dear, I doubth I would have the stamina for 2 or 3. I like shimmying, and it was one of the more easy moves for me to start to learn due to Asperger syndrome pepole`s fondness for quik, repeated body movements, but still, it takes some stamina to do sutained over some time. As for chocholate, yes somtimes you need it, especialy during one particulartime of the month.
