I'm 53, and really, really new to this. There are no classes in my rural area, so I'm learning from video. 15 years ago I was an anorexic bodybuilder, and to control the anorexia I quit exercising. Now I'm kinda "poochy" and out of shape. I thought maybe belly dancing would be a form of exercise that I would be comfortable with and not pick up my old habits and I'm sure I was right! I'm in love with it. I'm finding musles I forgot I had, and enjoying myself as well. It's nice to meet all of you.
