I love it when people are commited to something and realy do their best to get the best result and she is doing ...bravo...it is chalenging (ofcourse i spell that wrong) i gonna try to see how it works and try at home (but i dont want ever anybody peeking in lol...but very interesting
Actually -- this looks like the exercise Delilah (Seattle) demos in her 2-video how-to set. May look odd, but certainly is effective in developing the desired muscular control . . .
My thoughts were; EEEWWW, COOL!
That just goes to show how committed she is to her yoga practice. It never ceases to amaze me to see what the human body can do.
