The easiest way I know of to get your site recognized on google searches is to do a Links page with other related sites. So is anyone here interested in doing a Link Exchange?

Actually, the latest thinking is that Google isn't impressed by link exchanges any more. They've worked out that it's just a tit-for-tat rather than a genuine linking to a worthwhile site.

Having said that, I think that because we are so specialist in what we do, link exchanges have a value - because even if Google isn't interested, our readers are!

Although link exchanges aren't necessarily going to help your rankings...it does help direct the googlebot to your site so you get indexed. So it's worthwhile for a number of reasons.
