I haven't got it - yet - but it is on my DVDs to buy-list.
I attended a workshop with Aziza with the same title, and it was really great, so I expect the DVD to be no less.
I received my pre-ordered Aziza DVD on the other week. I decided to get this DVD that as one of my current goals is to pay more attention to hands and arms. Aziza's new DVD is very stylish and well done. She explains everything clearly and it is easy to follow up the exercises :yay:
I can contribute just as much as Daimona - I've attended several Aziza's workshops and I adooore her. Unfortunately I haven't had the chance to get my hands on any of her instructional DVDs (yet!), but the arms, hands and poses on is definitely on my wishlist.
I have this DVD and I would say it is a DVD you have to work your way through. One difference in this DVD is that as you practice the arm movements, you are doing different movements with your hips which can make things a bit more challanging. As for style, I'd say its more caberet than anything else.
I will admit I've not made it through the whole DVD yet because I'm still in the first section.
