[ICome to find out, the cell phone she returned was the cheapest one, so we went back and got her the right one. THEN we discovered that she'd bought her phone in another city, so Customer Service told her they couldn't do anything for her. Again, like a spoiled kid, she threatened, "I'm calling 1-800-WAL-MART!" Customer Service ended up letting her exchange her phone for the same one, just to get rid of her.

Squeeky wheel gets the oil...huh?
