Is the getting up early good? Like if I got up at six and did a bit of yoga? Does it make you feel more refreshed, or do you feel tired still?
thankyou so much moon ((Hugs))Looks like it's going great miss Shimmy
ah my goal is to be a size 10 for a show on 18th november, keep me updated on your progress,I know you can do this!It looks like you're making progress. I'm also trying to get in better shape. I have a big show coming up in November, and I wanna lose ~20 pounds by then. I've been dieting for about 4 weeks and lost about 7 pounds already. I found online one of those tickers that keep track of the pounds lost to post it here.
you are so very welcome,my sister in dance, you too are doing so very well(((hugs))).Miss Shimmy: Your dedication is paying off in leaps and bounds. What an inspiration you are! Thanks for reintroducing me to callanetics.
Alipies, your energy is radiant,I feel like skipping along and shopping for the dvd with you.let me know how you get on,and if I can be of any help in anyway.Oh my goodness! Miss_Shimmy, you are pretty much mi HERO! I just read through this entire thread and I am so inspired by how much progress you have made! As soon as I'm done typing this I'm gonna go and exercise! And I'm going to look for a Callanetics dvd next time I go out!
Scimitar Moon: You look great so don't sweat a few extra pounds. You gotta have something to shake. As a matter of fact an aquaintance of mine and I were at a Bellydance meet up and were looking at the flyer for the upcoming show. You and she resemble each other in the face and I pointed you out and asked if it was her. Her reply an emphatic "I wish!" Can't wait for the show!
Cool! My show's on November 11. I am terrible with dress sizes, but basically I'm trying to be at a BMI <23. I've read that although <25 is considered normal, between 23 and 21 is considered ideal. So 23 or less is my goal.ah my goal is to be a size 10 for a show on 18th november, keep me updated on your progress,I know you can do this!
