just plain and simple brooches

for crying out loud!!

i just want to get some cheapo plastic simple brooches (as in...an oval.) or even just sew on stuff in amber like color for my animal print costume. but everywhere i look they are freaking expensive, antique, and wholesale.

i just want a few...ray:

haha i have like two thrift stores here and the only craft stuff they sell are bed linens

Hi Eden Eyes. how about a Michaels or A.C. Moore sometimes in the bead dept they have bigger pieces... but you would have to attach a brooch pin onto them... which they also sell or just sew it on. dollar stores maybe?

I have had lots of luck with Burlington Coat Factory and Kohls usually priced under $6.00. Michaels has pedants what youcan do is take a pendant and hot glue or use "zap a gap" glue a pin backing and instant brooch.
