I'm having a real problem trying to isolate my lower abs. And I was wondering if there was any exercise which particularly focuses on th or a DVD which concentrates or has a section on ab work?
I find when I do some of the exercises on Shira website, like pulling my belly button in as far as possible, that for a while afterwards my rolls are quite fluid, but I still can't reach my lower abs.
