I just received a message from Tourbeau who saw this thread. For whatever reason, she could not create an account and/or log in, so she sent the info to me to post:

"Someone in the video comments said the title is "tauam rohi," but it is also commonly spelled "Taw'aam rouhi" or "Tawaam roohy" (توأم روحي in Arabic). There is at least one other song with that name, but the one in the video is the title track from Ragheb Alama's 1995 album."
