Transcribation & translation of old cassette

So, a friend need to know what the arabic letters says (or even better, translates to).
My arabic is pretty rusty at the moment and I am struggeling with the font, but I have tried.

Upper line (red):
ـهــيـر زكــي‎‎سـ
Suheir Zaki 84.

For the next line (red), I've got two alternatives (but both may be wrong):

1. ل لـتـت ول لــتـوبـت
el tet wa el tout

2. التت و التوتة
l latt wl litwbt

For the last line (black), I might have got it (at least it made sense when I pasted it into google translate)
تــل تـي تــلــات غــنـيـات
tul tay talaat ghanyat – a hill of songs (aka highlights?)

Am I there, or am I far off?

BTW found the cassette at discogs:

He got another as well.

I recognize Soheir Zaki to the right as well, but not the dancer to the left.

The blue title says "bis bis" as in "look look", but the rest I'm not certain of.

BTW, found the cassette at discogs: https://www.discogs.com/release/15223272-سهير-و-نجوى-بص-بص-على-واحده-ونص

The blue: بص بص - bis bis - look, look
The red: سهير* نجوى - Souhair wa Najwa - Souhair (Zaki) and Najwa (who?)
The black: على واحده ونص - ealaa wahidih wanasin - On one and a half

The only Najwa I can think of is Najwa Fouad.

The red and the black might be the names of the tracks on each side, but I'm not sure.

The red:
I'm not too far off with "El tet wa el tout" (التت والتوبة - altit waltawba).

The black:
The discog entry was rather different: تلاتين تلات تمنيات - talatayn talaat tamaniyat - Thirty three wishes.

I still feel rather confused on both of the cassettes.
