Adding/Deleting Categories?

Hey all, I am thinking of eliminating some forum categories (like belly dance vending on ebay...) What would you like to see added or dropped?

I'm all for some simplification - we don't get enough traffic to warrant a bunch of categories. Besides, I just hit "new posts" to see everything anyway, so categories don't do much for me anyway. Others may see if differently...
