Beats Antique "Blind Threshold"

I just got my hands on a copy of the new Beats Antique album. I don't dance tribal fusion style, but there's a lot of that in the air in my city so I can't help but to pay attention to what the tribal fusion kids are up to. I'm doing my first listen-through now. Any thoughts? So far, stand out tracks for me are the first track Egyptic, and Rising Tide. Generally very listen-able album.

I only had a listen through when it was released, but am planning on buying it as soon as I have some money. :)
I love anything Beats Antique do, but Egyptic really stood out for me!

Something I really liked about Beats Antique is that you can put on a CD for background music, as most of the tracks are very versatile. Of course, there are the typical "Zoe Jakes" upbeat & fun tracks too! :)

Over all, seems like an awesome CD!

Quoted for truth. My husband tolerates my belly dance music the same as I tolerate his metal- neither of us would call ourselves a fan of each other's musical taste, but we don't mind it either- and he remarked that he like the tribal fusion stuff I have on the cd shelf, that it's very easy to listen to.
