To-the-point question...

It's like the famous quote of "a dancer has nothing to dance about until she is at least 35." And the richness of maturity in a dance cannot be learned in a workshop or classes. I am not discrediting younger dancers. When I was a younger dancer, I used to look at more mature dancers and I saw the depth of being an older person, and to be truthful, I wanted that to show up in my own dance as I got older.

WORD, WORD, WORD, WORD, and WORD friggin' WORD!!!

Whenever I see an older dancer get up to dance, I pay attention. Even if she's a beginner!

And to add to this, whenever I hear this question, I bust out laughing. Like who said what is too old? Or too thin, or too big, etc., etc.? And Zorba, Cory Zamora, as we both know, just turned 68 and she looks AMAZING. Plus she is letting her natural gray hair grow in and it's not stopping her from being in high profile gala events either!

I assume she was using chemical hair dye - when that's all grown out, she should try Henna! I love my Hennaed hair.
