If you like it a little fancier then We3 Belly Dance sells some pretty vests on e-bay. We3 Belly Dance Renaissance Faire Tribal Gypsy Nirvana! They have several options in Truffle though I don't know if that is brown enough for you.
etsy and e-bay both have options if you do searches for "Turkish Vest" or "Bellydance Vest" but don't forget to consider the sellers rating.
If you want to keep it simple and inexpensive though then listen to Shira and either make your own or find someone who you can pay to do it for you. (In my experience she knows what she's talking about.
