After lurking this site forever, I finally decided to join. Things seem pretty calm here most of the time.

I started dancing a little over a year ago, but a crazy schedule and no car leaves me with few options to take classes consistently and learn. This site helped a lot with dvd and drill recommendations to reinforce what I did learn during lessons.

Anyways, I'm excited to actually participate on here.

Welcome! I am in the same boat car-wise. Luckily there is a huge belly dance community and a fairly good bus system where I live. I find when I go around telling everyone I meet that I am studying belly dance, I meet lots of people whom I would have never thought were belly dancers. Networking will help you find places to study and people to carpool with!
